You tried to reach us when we where away from the shop phone and we didnt pickup or respond due to being in the shop. Its best to give a company time to reply and reach out back to you today was the first time we didnt get back to you fast. We have normally always taken your calls. We spoke to you and told you we would be glad to help you out. At this point it doesnt seem like no mater what we do you will be happy. We still will be happy to try and work with you as mentioned. We are sorry you had a software issue but this is something that can be resolved.

Beware if you are the buyer that has a problem with his product!! I was quite happy with his product till I had a problem. He kept giving me band-aids to fix the issue but it kept happening and getting worse. I sent him the SD card for a re-image via USPS tracking. It showed him receiving the package. He subsequently LOST my package. I finally got ahold of him and after a WEEK of looking verified he lost it. He told me he would replace it. I had to contact him again to find out if he sent it. He has NEVER reached out to me. I have always had to track him down. He hasn't sent the replacement and he won't return my phone calls nor texts. Buyer beware if you have issues afterward. No refunds and definitely no customer service.

I ordered multiple items from JC and the service and care was phenomenal. I did have a payment issue where i was charged 2 times for some unknown reason. But Jc and his team were so quick to resolve this issue that it wasnt a big deal. He was able to have 100 percent amazing customer service even during a time of the virus, as well as he moving into a new location and his printers going down . Even in the midst of all that mess he was still keeping in contact with me and i would def go back to them to purchase more items . Also quality of all the items was really really good.
I purchased a custom arcade from Tulsa Arcades over 1 year ago. The owner was very upfront that it would take 6 weeks since it was custom and they had many orders. Tulsa Arcades finished up in the agreed upon time frame and since I am local I went over to pick it up. Everything has been great with the arcade for the last year. I have had no problems what so ever with the arcade machine, the games it runs, or any of the actual parts. My small kids love it and we regularly have an "arcade" night now where we all play together. Tulsa Arcades also makes sure that you are happy as a customer and takes care of things the right way. Since it is a small business it is also nice to see someone who goes the extra mile to makes things right. No complaints at all and I would highly recommend Tulsa Arcades to anyone who is looking!
