They wanted to reduce my pay because the help desk decided that they would send a patch cable to this location instead having me repair the one existing for their printer. They asked me to return to the location after I was about 20 mins away. I told them that I could, but I would have to add a $10 expense for fuel cost. They denied me and said that they would reduce my pay if I didnt not return. This company has continued to deny expenses for my fuel even on work orders that they route to me even when I am driving 50 plus miles on premiums gas. I have been working with them over a year and a half and could not get $10 additional on a work order that only paid 79.88 after traveling over 40 miles total for the trip. And when I called to address the message I received about my reduction in pay, the workorder manager argued me to the ground about $10. I appreciate the opportunities to work with them, but Im disappointed in the lack of morality they have and the lack respect I get for going the extra mile or a regular to help them keep their stores up and running. I purchased equipment from Resource POS and it was great condition. I tried to sell back to resource POS as they deal in used equipment and I have called 5 times and left several messages as the customer service rep suggested. I have not got a call back from them at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor and all I get is the voice mail. No call back. I called again today 8/20/15 and they rep tells me the equipment may be too old, I said even if you dont tall all of it at least 1 or 2 items I would be happy and I understand the equipment has aged, but he was saying I am not sure and probably not but why not just give me a solid answer or at least have my repeated voice mails answered and I would move on. So in the end I still have no answer and no call back. Not a professional way to do business and I will never recommend these guys to anyone so buyer/seller beware you will just get ignored.
