There is nowhere to sit at Miami's J terminal on Latam. There are sealed chairs and the girl won't let them sit. I sat on the scale that is broken. Detail that I arrived at 11:40am, checkout from the hotel and the Latam boarding only starts at 3pm.

I have been on the phone 8-9 times and spent many hours on hold and my problems have not been resolved. I have 10 tickets that I am trying to process because I had to cancel due to COVID. As of now I am waiting for refunds or vouchers on 7 of them. 3 have been processed but it has been difficult and time consuming. This dates back to September when I began the process. When I speak to someone I am often cut off (line is dropped after being put on hold) or I am given wrong information. I have never been completely satisfied on ANY call. It seems many of their people are poorly trained or have difficultly understanding english. I have provided my details but they NEVER call me back - even when th line is dropped. I have asked to speak to a supervisor several times and each time I am refused. The last person hung up on me after I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. The time before that I was on the phone for over an hour and we only discussed 1 of the 7 tickets. While I was on hold for the 2nd ticket the call was dropped. When I do get help it is often very very slow due to the language difference or the person is not trained properly. By that I mean I get different answers or I get the answer that my case is being processed - but it's not - at least not entirely. I just want to speak to someone fluent in english and get each of the 7 tickets handled properly. I will keep writing these reviews each time until I get someone's attention.
