Sold a car with a blown head gasket. Car never ran great. Should've listened to my gut instead of these dishonest people. They also suggested some pretty inappropriate, and undoubtedly illegal, actions.

John and Pete at New Gen auto group were so great on helping us pick out a new vehicle. Walking us around and testing out different options. What an experience. I first stop by the dealership to get information on the Chevy Avalanche they had for sale. The owner was really amiable. He wasn't pushy or try to convince me that he had the best deal, instead he educated on car buying. After doing my research a few days later I return to go forward with the deal they offer me. Again, they were not pushy and gave me space and time to make my own decision. What I like most about this place is that they take the time to know you personally and they really do care. They are not just trying to sell you a car and on to the next customer.

Thank you Ian for expressing your issue. We really wished you called us first. No matter how many miles a vehicle has or how long it was purchased we are here to help. A simple phone call could have gone a long way. After doing some research you bought the car August 5th 2019 with 156,709. On August 14th 2019 being you live in CT you needed a CT emissions inspection which passed and had 158,081 miles. Nine days after purchased 1,372 miles were driven. With that rate of driving maintaining the vehicle is crucial. We think it is unfair to assume we sold you a vehicle with a bad engine. Nevertheless, we are here to help.
