Before today I would have given them a 4 or 5 star review, but even though I have been a customer for 20 years when I had a customer here for over an hour which made me 4 minutes late to place my order, too bad! I called and told them how important it was for me to get these 5 sticks of moulding, and although the customer service rep was very nice and helpful it was just way too much for the warehouse to do. So now, three hours in the car to the warehouse to pick it up, when I should be at work. I will be remembering this for a long time.
Great company to work with! My sales rep, Rich Irwin is knowledgeable and responsive to any questions and is great at keeping my company up-to-date on the latest frame styles and samples. If anything arrives defective (which is rare), Larson Juhl is helpful in resolving the problems. I especially like their tiered pricing, which rewards their best customers with better pricing.
Larson-Juhl is one of those big corporations that has the resources to hire the best writers money can buy to craft there missions statements and design their website but has no personality just a corporate structure. I have been in the frame business over 40 years and enjoyed working with distributors all over the country, Larson being the exception to the rule.
