So last night I went Paddle Boarding, managed to get a lesson in with Alan Taylor from SUP North in the glorious weather on Southport's Marine Lake ... Was not sure how I was going to get on with it but he spent time to put me at ease and with some great instruction from him I was up and away in no time, managed to paddle the full length and back of the lake it was great. I'm sure it wont be the last time I try this. If you get chance to try it .. take it its so much fun.
