Dear Michel Ramirez Lopez, Most people who purchase property at Forest Lawn do so because of the beauty and cleanliness of the grounds. To maintain the park setting at Forest Lawn, we have a decoration policy which can be viewed on our website, or on signs posted throughout the cemetery. We encourage family members to decorate during the holidays, but have them removed by the posted date which is located at the entrance of the cemetery. If you plan on putting flowers to your loved ones frequently this is not the place to burry them. Flower arrangements get thrown even if put recently or smashed by the people that clean there. You can't put flowers or any Decorations. Don't buy the flower bases they sell because those flowers get thrown away also. So it's a waste of you money. Find a place like Hollywood forever, I regret not buying there and went with forest lawn.

After almost 2 years of being unable to visit my husband, who has been here for 22 years, my surprise and disappointment upon entering the main gate was heartbreaking. The condition of the park is disgraceful. After spending more than an hour uncovering his plaque, I saw that my place of peace and comfort has been seriously neglected. Dead flowers, old decorations, overflowing trash cans and mud puddles everywhere. The beautiful, rolling hills mostly brown and bare. The plaques broken and sunken, pushed into the mud by tractors running over them. This is not what I - nor any other family - expected from such a reputable company. I travelled from Europe to sit in peace with my husband and you have deprived me of that. I hope this message will serve as a wakeup call to your management - someone needs to be held accountable.

Maintenance there is poor as you can see theres no grass around the graves at least where my mother is buried, the maintenance guy drives the tractor over the graves and mess all flowers that we bring to our love ones, I usually bring my own grass cutter to do the maintenance my self but it has been 2 weeks that I couldnt go due to the rain and what a surprise I founded this mess, I did my best to wash my moms grave with water its very sad that they dont care and respect our memories and dead people
