I would agree that Camden North End does have a great location near many things and glad you feel the same! As for your negatives, I am sorry to hear about your experience. We do not target a specific type of demographic and cannot discuss this topic due to fair housing laws but our amenities, and more specifically our pool, are made for all to enjoy and we do monitor our pool during business hours. We do ask if there are any issues after hours that the non-emergency police is called out to remedy the situation in a timely manner. Furthermore, our community is a 100% non-smoking community and we do take this very seriously. We try our best to identify those in violation of this policy so we can take the necessary action but unfortunately cannot control all behaviors of our residents and sometimes have to take a reactive approach to the situation. Lastly, I apologize for the lack of communication on your renewal for your new lease term here. We did start charging a common area electric fee for all common areas to stay competitive with those communities around us. If there was a lapse in communication on this, we do take full responsibility and apologize as we did not have the intention of hiding this fee from you. This fee is notated in your lease documents in our state addendum document if you would like further information regarding it. Of course we would love the opportunity to turn your experience around and hope you give us a chance to do so. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE MOVING HERE!! This place does have some positives and negatives. The positive will be the construction on the units, the amenities, the location is nearby grocery stores, movies, restaurants, shopping and the highway. Negatives, especially if you have kids! This place is targeted for a demographic of younger professionals. That being said, there is no playground for little ones and not a kid friendly pool which will have loud music and people complaining on the Camden dashboard of it. It also has people who disrespect the no smoking community and smoke marijuana more often then not. You will likely see the property respond back with feedback on that there investigating or taking all the steps needed. There are many neighbors who express there concerns regarding a lot of issues on the lack of communication and false information from this place. Also, be aware that you will have to PAY FOR THE COMMON ELECTRIC BILL of your building which comes out to $30 to $50 on top of your own electric bill?! I was never told that when I renewed my lease of any changes. I dont care if it states it in the lease agreement, it was never mentioned which makes it look shady especially after renewal on a 16 month lease. I have called over 5 luxury apartments nearby and even near Scottsdale who responded back on that they dont charge that ridiculous fee.

This place is a horrible place to live. The amenities are nice, but the service you get at this apartment and how greedy they are is unacceptable. I have finally moved out of this place and am so glad to never have to deal with them again. They first off raised our rent on us over $400 when nothing in the apartments changed. To raise rent on someone who has been living there over a year, and has never missed a rent payment and they did that to us and many other residents is insanely sad. Camden will always have a bad name to me, and I will never share any positives about this location. I am disgusted with Camden. They charge you for so many fees unlike this apartment, and they won't tell you upon moving, that's a surprise on your rent bill. I have never been so disgusted with an apartment complex before and the management at this location. The manager at this place always looks like she is mad and never smiles at anyone. She walks around like she is too good for everyone. Never again will me or anybody I know ever get business from Camden again.

Absolutely best apartment complex I ever lived in! If you put in a service request it was filled it was responded to within 24 hours and usually fixed. there were a few times they needed to order parts to fix something and kept me updated on the status of the part and had it fixed as soon as it arrived! Amazing location and and amazing views. The walls were also thick in our apartment, you could never hear your neighbors next to you or above you. the gym and pools at this complex are also amazing! 10/10 recommend living here

Location Location ! Nice Community This has really work well for me as I needed to be close to Mayo Clinic. The best Staff and helpful, A Shout out Welcome to Angel great Manager. I have always lived in a home first time in apt in over 30 yrs.So when I give my rating its base on the quick and professional attitude I experienced. In fact I can say it Feels like Home. Now if they offered a discount to satisfied residence that would be the icising on the cup cake.

To all you prospective resident folks getting sucked in by the open house, stupid tour snacks in the fridge, and promise for free month... Steer clear of this place!!!! Theres a reason half the available units are still vacant almost 18 months since it opened. Overpriced af Sincerely, a current resident that cant wait to move
