I have never experienced such a disorganized mess! They charged us for everything under the sun and provided no explanation when questioned. They would call us Thursday and tell us we owed 2k if they were going to attend court the next day. Seriously?? No invoices or calls regarding this until the day before?? We paid over 9k for a custody and they only attended one court appearance for a temporary order. 9k!!!!! They were so disrespectful and made so many mistakes. Beware! They basically ask u every other day for a good review on Avvo, In my opinion they owe us a large refund for switching paralegals and charging us to tell the new one the entire story again. Then they said they forgot to hit a button to make the invoices visible to us. Hahah are you serious!

Hi, Ramon, sorry we did not meet your expectations. Happy to talk and discuss your concerns. We do use assistants to help keep costs lower. As you've described, you were kept informed about the progress in your case just like all of our clients and the potential outcomes and what is possible. Speaking in general, child support is defined by law, as are all calculations and deviations. It is, unfortunately, not possible to eliminate the obligation to provide financial support to children under the law.

I had spent over $6000.00 and in the end I still ended up paying child support and I have my kid for a full day from Monday - Friday and still get charge child support they didn't help me at all. The time I wanted to talk to my attorney I always got a response from my attorney assistance I only got to talk to my attorney once in the 8 month I was with them. Also, every time I had a problem with my case, and I would bring it up to my attorney assistance and it would just get pushed to the side like if it wasn't a problem. The only time I would receive a call from my attorney office was, they would ask me for more money. I highly do not recommended Pacific Northwest Family Law they will just take your money.

I moved to Florida and my husband in Washington state divorced me. I needed to work with a highly rated Law Firm to make sure my needs were taken care of. It was not easy because I was 3000 miles away and I had never met my Attorneys when I lived in West Richland. When all was said and done, I wish Id ask for a little more money but they did everything I asked them to do! They even made last-minute adjustments to a prepaid funeral plan my spouse and I had had. I was treated professionally and carefully and was guided throughout the process that assisted me to my best outcome! If I had any other legal issues I would definitely take it to them without question!

You will have to look far and wide to find a family law firm that is strongly pro-family.
