Not only did it take more than twice as long as they originally said, but the light bar on the ps4 controller doesnt work. Probably something to do with the wiring inside. Clearly, this company doesnt check their product to make sure it works before shipping. My advice? Go elsewhere, or be prepared to play a waiting game for a product that doesnt work 100% when it finally gets to you.
Diva, as explained on the 1st. The controller you ordered had a lead time of 5 weeks (listed on the product page of the controller purchased and on our shipping page) you ordered 4 days before Christmas. You then contacted us on the 1st to cancel your order and then told us to proceed. Then today (when your controller would have been shipping Friday as the pictures shown to you) you filed a dispute to try and curtail the cancelation fee and we refunded your 80% (per the policy listed and explained). Not sure what we did wrong and were in full communication with you as well as the order status on our website which showed your status.

This company is horrible and unprofessional. They take your money never communicate about the status of your order. Then they do not ship item as stated 2-5 weeks. Then have the nerve to charge you a 20% cancelation fee, when they are the ones who breached by not shipping in timely manner. Its a scam they are running, to purposely ship late. The fees they can get from each customer adds up. Dont be a victim and give them any of your money. To read the other reviews that mention similar issues and to get a controller that doesnt even work well. Smh youve been warned shop else where!!!
Ordered a fully custom elite 2 controller. Shipping took a little longer than I originally anticipated but the customer service was outstanding and the product is amazing. Well worth the money and I will be keeping KwikBoy Modz in mind for future custom controller needs.
Horrible, dishonest company. Poor service and lousy product. Arrived broken. Ignore the other 5 star reviews: that's the owner of the company. I bought a customer controller that arrived weeks late (after being promised a certain date). The owner lied and said they shipped one but the courier must've stolen it (even though the shipping label was never scanned). When it did arrive, it was broken. The buttons didn't work and they were stiff. The shell itself was not properly connected. Owner did fix it, but never refunded the shipping as promised. Hard to get in contact, especially about an issue.
