Horrible. Rude server. Did not honor coupon (but i didnt read the small print...very frustrating) biggest problem was when i paid i gave my card and told her debit. She put it thru and then said, it comes up credit. Unacceptable. Should have walked out. Will go to other Carvel, much nicer staff.

I was at this location tonight and purchased 2 Sunday's with a coupon buy one get one free! Upon check out the girl who helped me, proceeded to tell me that I cannot use the coupon. Her explanation was that it wasn't a medium size Sunday. Mind you NOWHERE in the coupon did it specify size. I tried to explain to her that the coupon specifically read buy one not buy one of a specific size therefore she had to honor the coupon. Also NOWHERE in the store was their a sign that reads if you have a coupon buy one and get one its one a specific size. I told her then I don't want it and instead of selling me the ice cream it made her feel better to dump it!!! So now she wasted her bosses money instead of making the sale. Great employee!! Mind you I have shopped at this location for 30 years and I never ever had a problem. Sorry but this employee needs to be reprimanded because the customer was NOT wrong because the coupon did not specif size and NOWHERE in the store does it specify the size of a buy one get one free. To me buy one get one means is equal or lesser value. NOT SIZE!!! learn the difference.
