Daniel, we are sorry you didn't get the part you needed, however we must have warranty forms completed before we ship parts out. The warranty form was emailed Monday morning and was not filled out. You were also called on Monday and on Tuesday, no answer and a voicemail that is full. We would like nothing more than for you to get the part needed, however we have a process we need to follow. Your part was put back into stock for two reasons. By Tuesday morning we had not received your warranty form and your IP address on the order was 480 miles away from your shipping address. While not uncommon, our system treats that discrepancy as a fraud warning and does not pull those orders from stock. We would love nothing more than for you to get the part needed, however we have processes and systems in place for everyone to be clear on their warranty and safe from fraud.

I generally dont post Google reviews however I just had one of the worse customer service experiences Ive ever experienced in my life. I paid for and purchased a product from this company on Saturday for a part I needed in an emergency and paid additional for expedited shipping. Received a tracking number and thought I was all set. Here is it 3 days later and still no part. I call to check on the status and was informed they hadnt shipped the part due to needed a warranty form filled out per the manufacturers request. After filling this form out and returning it I was informed via email, that they no longer have the part I ordered in stock. When I purchased the part, website stated they had 1 left in stock. So Im only assumption is that they chose to sell this part to another customer. My assumption was just confirmed by the customer service specialist who stated we tried to call you and got no answer, so unfortunately we did everything we could do to get you this part. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor, she said she rudely stated SHE is the only person I can speak to about this matter and really there is nothing else that can be done. When I asked for an email of an owner, or supervisor she gave me the general sales email address. Told me my money has been refunded and at that point I hung up the phone. I would not recommend to purchase from this company. Bad customer service. Bad inventory keeping. Bad communication with customers.
#1 we don't know what product you are talking about and #2 did you call in for assistance or help? Transfer papers are all about a recipe of heat, pressure and time. You may definitely prefer one paper over the other, but they all work. It's unfortunately that this frustration moved you to a point of giving our company a 1 star review, but we would still love you to be a happy customer. I'll reach out to you today.

Horrible product. Followed the instructions exactly as provided and not one sheet married properly. I pretty much wasted my money with this product. Would have been better off just buying the standard paper.

Our experience with this company has been nothing but horrible. We bought this printer for almost $23000 three months ago and this printer has had more problems than we anticipated. we have been lied t on our warranty and paid extra $ 2,500 to get his machine repaired and the machine still down. Their technical support is hands dwn the worst and have even blocked our previous review which Daniel the manager asked t be removed in exchange of support with repair.
