Dear Prash, thank you for leaving your reviews. We are very sorry to hear that you felt like this. This is not the way we work. We always endeavour to offer our services as professionally, friendly and smoothly as possible. Our reception is at the entrance with a number of chairs and a desk where all exam candidates wait. Our exam administrator walks over to the reception regularly and at all exam time slots to take candidates into the admin area and finally to the exam room. All the chairs are height and back adjustable, which is approved by the exam bodies we work with. The exam is monitored throughout so if it was raised at the time, our exam administrator would have offered you a simple chair. The heating is a very subjective matter. Considering the current temperature, it was only set to 20 degrees, as most of the candidates feel comfortable with it. However, the moment you mentioned the heating, the exam administrator turned the heating off immediately, even though there were other candidates in the exam room who didn't mention anything about heating. The terms and conditions are designed by the exam bodies we work with, which say food and drinks are not allowed in the exam room. However, considering the duration of exams, we allow bottled water. You may appreciate that glass water can cause health and safety risks at the exam desk. For sustainability and environmental concerns, we reuse papers as much as possible. The pieces we provided, had only students' initials which are unrecognisable information. When we offer any paper like this, we always ask candidates if they are OK with such scrap papers. You said it's OK, otherwise, we would have offered you a wiping board or other papers. After re/use of all the papers, they are shredded appropriately. As mentioned above, all exams are monitored throughout. We do not check anyone's work. We make sure that all exams are completed successfully. This was ensured in your case as well. We work very hard to ensure all exams are carried out in accordance with the exam body's requirements in addition to a smooth experience for exam candidates. Considering this, 1 star is harsher than we deserve. Well done on passing your exam and we wish you all the best! I sat an exam here and was not impressed. Firstly there was no one at reception so I walked into a classroom looking for someone to register me only to find that some poor sod was in the middle of his exam and that i had disturbed him. When my exam started i noticed that the chair was uncomfortable and designed for a child. The heating was on full blast that i was struggling to concentrate. At one stage my throat got so dry that I had a coughing fit. I asked for water and despite watching me struggling, i was advised that I should have brought my own. The blank paper that was provided for me to make notes actually had names of other students on the other side- very professional. I finished my exam in half the allocated time and rather then check my work I had to get out of there. Despite all this I passed. Hence the 1 star and not zero.

I had a great experience with the AAT training and the exam centre at Learning Pro. Everything can be done online, from booking to accessing information, with complete transparency — no hidden fees or misleading details. The service is outstanding, maintaining professionalism and respect at all times. While there is no on-site parking, plenty of free spaces are available around College Avenue. There are offers and additional support, including extra books and private tutoring if needed. Overall, a 5-star experience for both service and accessibility.

I am glad that I found the training provider to get a new qualification for AAT Level 2 in bookkeeping with Learning Pro.
