Wish I could give less than 1 star. Appalling customer service. Bought a new built property in Corby, nothing has gone right since day one - they put wrong flooring to start with, major plumbing issues and shower not working, now being told it is major issue and needs knocking walls and pipes relocating!!! You will be lucky if the customer service answers the phone, the average time is 1 hour 10 minutes.Repeatedly being told the issues will be resolved with no concrete action.The emergency plumbing team arranged through KIER were shocked with the shoddy job by the builders.No refund so far promised for the wrong floorings either. STAY AWAY from this developer. Unfortunately now getting legal advice to sort it.
Could not be more disappointed with Kier! If you do by a house from Kier expect to be promised any snagging/ remedial work to be done immediately... but then prepare to wait 6 months plus and lied to every time you contact them about the work!
*DO NOT BUY FROM Kier Living* If I could give less that 1 star I would. Awful build.. mould, leaks, damp and just a very poor finish. Still have mould 4mths in and been told 'I haven't lived in the place 6mths'... no house should have mould from day 1 of moving in let alone 4mths later. Customer care area manager for eastern area has no sympathy and is the worst example for customer care. Pictures attached are a few of when I moved in, a bathroom leak Kier covered up with paint to pass the NHBC inspection and get me moved in before the sale quarter ended which caused damp and mould in my bathroom and bedroom.
