My ASUS router was found to be faulty when I contacted ASUS directly. I tried all of Flashrouters troubleshooting advice to no avail. I dont have the time to do a web consultation, which was their final solution. I contacted ASUS and actually spoke with a human being. Neither party could manage to get an IP address that my router would recognize. I bought the router to utilize VPN services, but in the process of trying to get assistance with just reaching an IP address, I found a hardware solution that maintains my speed. ASUS was not able to take the return, and Flashrouters is not returning my calls or emails. Im tempted to send the router to ASUS so that Flashrouters might get some heat. Dont bother with Flashrouters or VPN.
