I'm sorry you may have misunderstood the person you spoke with regarding your prints. Unfortunately our office had been closed due to an employee in the hospital and and another employee out of state unexpected. Our printing plant was open, but is not the facility that does do the copying and digital printing. We are sorry for the inconvenience, please reconsider your review rating due to these unusual circumstances. Thank you

I went there for printing a small order, as my printer went off and I needed some papers printed ASAP. They refused to provide any services. I guess they won't make any significant money, that's about it.

Sorry for your negative experiences. Unfortunately printing documents from flash drives and phones is an added service that we are unable to offer all the time at this point. We apologize for your treatment and will discuss with the office staff.

Staff is rude and they do not want to help you. Most of the individuals sitting in the front will ignore you. I have gone in here quite a few times (around 5) when the library is closed and they will turn you away for wanting to print even the most simple things. I had them turn me away three times, either because the "office in the back was closed" or "the person who prints is not at work." I had to go to Staples instead. Once, a woman told me I could not print something, then a man came from the back and said that they actually could print for you. Not sure why they are a printing company when they can only print half the time you go there. When they do help, service is unbearably slow. They also charge extra for printing from a flash drive, even if it is the only thing on it. I am not sure what is going on with this place, but as I have been there quite a few times, I feel like I have some experience, and I dread going here when I find out the library across the street is closed. I'd recommend going anywhere else to print your things, especially for really big things. I'm not confident that they would be competent for you.
