Heather, this is not the entire story here. We had your order ready on time. There was an issue with us begin able to get a one youth replica jersey. But all the other jerseys you took that day. The day you came in I told you about it. I told you I could print it on a different style and you agreed. Now I will take responsibility and say that I couldnt get that 1 piece done until 2 weeks . When you picked up the jersey you said it was supposed to be a different kind. Instead of arguing I told you, you can keep it and Ill refund your money on the replica one as well. You agreed. And I did refund you that money as well as soon as you sent me the PayPal link. As far as laughing at you? First of all this was all over the phone so if you think I was laughing at you please understand that I was not. I was in conversation with other people around me at the time as well. But I do feel this review is a bit much especially since in the end I did everything I could to make it right. I even asked you what I could do, and you said you didnt know. I have been in business a for some time now and I have always made sure my customers stay happy. So I Sorry we could t make you happy but I did want to clarify the situation here.

If I could give a BIG 0 stars I would ! This place is so unorganized and the owner Carlos is very unprofessional. Placed an order and paid in full . And was given the run around for 6 weeks ... if you want something done in a timely manner do not buy from here . And when I showed frustration from making multiple attempts to pick up complete Order ,after he promised my order was done but it wasnt he laughed at me ..... never will I order from here again
