My postcards got all scratched up in the mail after a customer service representative assured me getting the coating on the front would help prevent this. These were save the dates for my wedding, so it was disappointing.

I really wanted to like Smartpress. The website is great and the products are pretty good. Unfortunately my overall experience has not been positive. I placed a trial order from them in January and was happy with the result. A month later I went to place a much larger order and their pricing had more than doubled for the exact same product. Getting a response from their sales team is difficult. It takes repeated efforts. I wanted to be able to order from them monthly but I just cant trust the companys pricing. I would find a different option for your printing needs.
I have been exclusively been using Smartpress for all of my printing needs for the past few years. The quality is always fantastic, the best prices and the customer service it THE BEST. Whenever I have a question or concern, they are super helpful and on top of it! There is a reason why I have had hundreds of orders through Smartpress!

I had them print me 500 business cards and while I acknowledge none of my monitors or my laser printer are calibrated they are all pretty close. What they sent me isn't close and looks terrible. I wouldn't recommend accepting a pdf as a proof. I'm going to a local printer instead. $50 in the garbage, lesson learned. UPDATE: I received an apology, an admission of an error, and a refund. I thought they were going to reprint them but I still don't have any business cards so I guess I ended up wasting a lot of time. This wasn't what I had in mind.
