I will NEVER, NEVER, EVER recommend or deal with the Loncar Lyon Jenkins attorney office in Dallas Tx againI was assigned to the paralegal Windy Hernandez, In which she was very rude and disrespectful to me! Windy, tried to encourage me to pay a couple of my OWN MEDICAL BILLS OUT OF POCKET in which I hired them to pay and take care of by the way so I declined! I asked Windy for the original copies of all my medical bills with the deductions included and she emailed me copies of only two of my legal medical documents with the dollar amount that she had evaded! I immediately asked her why was the deductible amount evaded and she lied and said the chiropractor office in which they have a contract with by the way evaded it because they wouldnt take the original offer which was lower! We argued back and forth for a couple weeks until I refused to deal with her any longer or sign any of the documents! I was frustrated and fed up so I requested to talk with the actual attorney over my case in which I never received a phone call from until I refused to sign any documents! Ive tried to contact the actual attorney for two weeks straight! I was rear ended in November of 2019 and I just received my settlement two weeks ago. My settlement was twice as low as the amount the insurance company had originally offered me in the beginning before contacting this attorneys office! This office really profit off my pain and suffering! They scammed me out of over $3,200 dollarsPlease read the fine print if you decide to deal with this office! My case is closed and I have yet to receive the original copies of all my medical bills! My only regret is contacting them to handle my case, should have went with my gut instinct!

They are wack. Make you believe they will help but leave you out to dry after promising to pay for therapy they say you need. Dont suggest even answering a call from them unless you would like to get scammed.

I was exceptionally impressed with the legal services I received from Loncar Lyon Jenkins. After my accident I had relatively no idea what to do or what my options were. All I knew was that the tractor/trailer ran the light and I received injuries and a totaled car. It was nice to have a legal team familiar with the process and how to approach all aspects of the claim. I was referred to capable and competent medical services and received great treatment everywhere. Looking at it from how much time I would have had to spend and at my upper billing rate, this saved me an enormous amount of time and expense, not to mention the peace of mind that everything was being managed in a professional and capable manner.
