I found some of their firearms for sale on Gunbroker.com The prices they are asking for are ridiculous! They will overcharge you, be very wary! I contacted them regarding their prices and I received no response which shows what type of business this is. And from the reviews, I am not the only one. And of course, they won't respond to their reviews. With this type of service, they will be out of business soon enough.
The shotgun is fine. The buying experience could have been better. Just be forewarned before you go. Know exactly what you're getting and all that should come with it. They don't seem to have a problem with shorting you. Read on for the whole story: Saw BPW listing that they had the Browning Citori 725 Field NIB. Called to verify and they said yes. Immediately drove the 2 hours to their store and they said all they had left was a demo model. It looked fine with a couple very minor dents in the stock. Not going to be a safe queen, so no big deal. However, no manual, no choke tube wrench and missing a choke tube. I asked the guy I was dealing with if they would work with me as it was a demo and due to the missing pieces. He said sure but had to check with who I assume was a manager. Now, the young man who was my salesman was great and the 2 or 3 other workers I spoke with all seemed like really good people. This manager, although not at all horribly obnoxious, was short, very dismissive and said he wouldn't give a break. He said they would print a manual and that the shotgun didn't come with any chokes besides the two in the barrels or any other accessories. Ok, fine, I took his word for it, I'm not a dealer. I would just call Browning when I got home and order a real replacement manual. I can print 8 1/2x11 sheets myself. As soon as I got home I called Browning customer service and explained what I had purchased, my experience and what they actually sold me. Their representative told me it was supposed to come with a 3rd choke tube and a choke wrench, and of course, the manual. She said she would send all 3 out to me as soon as possible and did although it takes a little while. Bravo and A+++ for Browning. C+/B- for Birmingham Pistol.
Never had a bad experience or even a mediocre one! Every clerk that I have talked to was professional, kind, patient, and if they didn't know an answer (rare), they knew who to ask to find out!
Birmingham Pistol Wholesale Inc online business is Gunprime.com. However, I ordered Sig Sauer MCX Patrol Rifle back in End of March, 2020. After payment received and FFL info sent, I assume that they will send it to my FFL for compliant. The order email shows "shipped" status. Under the impression that they already shipped to my FFL, my FFL was pretty busy and backlog. My FFL thought they received but they found that the rifle was not shipped. They contacted Gunprime. This is 5 months of timespan already. I tried to contact Gunprime.com. Few times phone voice box was full. Finally, they contacted me to see if any options. The MCX is out of stock. I told them I am fine with MPX but their MPX Virtus is out too. They could not find any from distributors. They wanted to refund me but I asked for backorder it because my price on MCX was pretty good price in Pre-Covid. They insisted to refund me the check. They wrote the check with wrong name three times. One of them sent to wrong address. While I was telling them the check that I got has wrong name, I found out they have Sig Sauer MPX in stock but they jacked up the price from $1699 to $2799. (later on, they did have Sig Sauer MCX in stock but the price goes up to $2799 as well - see third picture). I asked them to give me that but they wanted me to pay the difference and they could not split the difference with me. They try to blame me that I didn't send the FFL in time so that's why they delayed the shipping. Guess what, I have the email records. Then, they apologized the whole situation. I will not recommend anyone to here to buy. They can't make "New" Customer happy and they have poor communication between employee and owner. Attached pictures are documents that support how sh*tty of their customer service.
