Nothing could be further from the truth. We had been in constant communication with you and had spent a good amount of time on getting your design just right. You don't have your product because we don't have your approval to produce it. We don't ship anything until it has been approved. Reply to the proof we emailed (either with changes or your approval) and we will gladly proceed with your order. If you are not getting emails from us, please check your spam folder as we reply to every email we receive.

SCAM!!! Ordered in March 2021, as of July 13, 2021 never received a refund nor my product. In fact, they fought the credit card company to keep my money. I stopped receiving emails from them on April 11, 2021. They do not answer a phone and will send you to voicemail if you call more than once. Do NOT do business with this company unless you just want to give someone a couple hundred dollars and get nothing in return.

This is absolutely not true. We did NOT provide false info saying we shipped the product. We provided FACTS and PROOF that we had been working on your job diligently and after it was near completed, you decided you wanted a refund. We did not and cannot ship your project until you reply that the layout and sizing are correct and that the job is approved - which to date, you still have not done. Once you do that, we will send your job to production and ship it out to you.

I placed an order March 26 2021, today is July 13 2021 still no product. I contacted them multiple times and after months of not receiving the product I requested a refund and was met with a huge no. So I was forced to use a chargeback at which point they gave false info to the bank saying they have shipped the product. If that's the case please show some tracking. Edit thank you for admitting to full knowledge of cancelation and request of refund, also for acknowledgement of your lack of producing products. Just refund the money its simple,work on your business skills starting with communication and customer satisfaction.

I ordered a decal from this company and the mail destroyed the box and contents that came in. The company assisted me in working with the post office. And theyve been very helpful and professional throughout this whole ordeal. The decal was damaged because it was all bent because of the mail process. It left cracks and tears in the decal. However the decal was A sunshade with an eagle and it was beautiful. I would definitely order from this company again.

From the first contact to installation this company has been excellent. Within one week of design approval, Dale installed our back window sign, its look awesome and well definitely use Custom Vinyl Graphics again for our future signs.

We shipped this in a USPS supplied Priority Mail tube. We cannot and should not be held responsible for the shipping which is completely out of our control. I already spoke to your wife and told her I would be printing and shipping out a new graphic. Seems to me that we did everything we could within our control. I'm sorry you feel like we are only worth one star... yet I don't think this review is really fair of you.

they shipped my custom vinyl in a soft-sided cardboard container that arrived to me ripped re-taped with the vinyl inside permanently damaged increased and every time I've tried to get ahold of someone through phone number or email I've received no response back I assumed that after paying almost $300 for a custom graphic that they would have some kind of customer service. everything that I have experienced from them has been absolutely horrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
