Sent several emails needed shirts done for my sons school. Emailed many times and even called. They promised the work would be sent within 24 hrs nothing. No email follow up or anything. I had to go through another company. When Evan was there a few years ago he was fast prompt and responded within minutes. Im really disappointed since I had such a great experience the first time.

This is easily the very worst print shop I have ever worked with. Their turn around times are unreasonably long, and even then, are rarely done on time. We ordered three sets of team jerseys from them and they seriously messed up each set. One set only had the kids names on half the jerseys. The second set mixed up kids names and numbers, and put the same number on multiple jerseys. The third set was almost correct, but they randomly put one of the kids name on one shirt. Correcting each of these problems also took unreasonably long, nearly a month. The size of the jerseys also vary wildly, even though they are from the same manufacturer. A youth small in one set is the size of a youth large in another set. Overall, Im not sure our experience with Primo could have been any worse. Save yourself the hassle and go literally anywhere else.
