Worst service in my entire life. One of the employees kicked us out .. literally. This store sadly was the first store I entered with no price range I was open to anything they have nice from 1k to 6k they had even lower than that ..however we entered the store and the lady in front started with the bad attitude from the first second. She kept asking questions where I obviously said to her I'm open to everything let me just look at the dresses and I'll tell you if I like it. However , she was mean the entire time and she kicked us out from the store and slammed the door after, if that wasn't enough.

My Name Ariel , I went to purchase dress in April didnt get it til June and . After paying 550$ for dress , she cheated out of $130 more for alterations . Heres where both of the dummies Lost all my respect (sisters who run the boutique) She only took 2 inches off the bottom . To add insult to injury, I didnt know I was being charged for it til the day I went to pick it up. Be careful doing business . She will cheat u out your money

This is quite frankly one of the best boutiques you could ever get a dress from. The staff are some of the most welcoming and amazing people I have EVER been greeted by and they truly make you feel right at home. Im plus sized so I typically feel very judged when I go to find any dresses for special occasions, but these ladies were nothing short of supportive and wonderful, especially the owner of the shop! I walked out of here with the receipt of an order for a beautiful dress for my upcoming prom and I could not have done so without the staff here! My dress is getting alterations and they make sure to inform you about any possible alterations they can make to your dress, which was a huge help considering the dress i wanted wasnt originally a high-low, but it was made into one! I would 100% recommend this boutique to any and everyone looking for a beautiful dress

Two sisters owns this boutique. Paid $750 for my sister prom dress. She measured her and ordered the dress. The dress came back one week before prom and didn't fit good at all. I asked the lady to fix it. I had made the final payment for the dress, so I did it that and on the day of the prom she called me saying the dress was ready. We get there and it's not even steamed. I asked them why isn't the dress ready. They so quick to take a payment but can't even do their job. Then on top of that she charged us an extra 70 dollars for alterations after they took measurements for the dress. What's the point of taking measurements if you not gone order the right size.I would never come back here. Overpriced and unprofessional. Then one of the little girls answered the phone with an attitude. I just paid over $800 for a damn prom dress I think you should fix your attitude before you answer the phone.
