Had no issues with PODS and phone staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, the delivery driver, had a trainee, which the trainee did a fantastic job and placed it where I wanted it. Until my move from my old place to my new place this went pear shaped. The driver I had, was not only having a bad day, but complained about where my pod was placed at my old property (couldn't even get it out of the spot, hit and scratched the pod, and basically had no clue what they were doing - it was like watching Ross from Friends try and take his sports car out of a tight spot) and then when they got to my new place, complained about Trees and etc in the way (so climb the trees and cut the branches). When they got to the spot, where I wanted my POD, they didn't have a clue on how to reverse and kept complaining the whole time, they ended up putting it at the front of my property, where i had to walk nearly 200m back and forth to take everything out. I rang to complain, and ended up speaking with the CEO (I believe) who advised that there were in deed having a bad day. I was advised by the gentleman that I would receive a call back about my complaint. And NOTHING. Zip, Nadda, Nix, Zero, Zilch. The pick up of my POD was easy, the driver was really good. Overall, I have had a good experience - 3 Star worth, but I doubt I would recommend PODS to anyone.

Avoid like the plague and use a regular Removalist unless you enjoy sleeping on an inflatable mattress and living out of an esky for 3 weeks. Pods didnt stick to agreed schedule which was apparently my fault even though Id paid in full 2 weeks before delivery. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Dangerous to use. Don't gamble on size. The "large" pod took up our neighbours driveway despite assurance it would not. And then, it didn't fit our needs for an interstate move. Disaster. Unhelpful in resolving.
