Hi David, We are sorry to hear about the bad experience you had. Computer Alley stocks a variety of power supplies. Our ATX psu's range from 380watts up to 850 watts, with plenty of models in stock. We welcome walk in customers, and take pride in taking the time needed for each of our customers in order to get him or her the right service/ part need. Computer Alley is located on the west side of Ann Arbor, with only one location, 4395 Jackson Rd, 48103. Best buy is on the east side, and is a good 15 minute drive from our location. very limited selection. I dont think they like walk in customers. Were not friendly. How do you call yourself a computer store and not carry power supplies. Good thing best buy is right down the road.

I had didnt have a complicated repair, but it was still a nuisance to me. To summarize my experience: easy, quick, and they helped clean up other area on my computer unrelated to the repair. I will definitely go back in the future for repairs and to buy computer or system related items. (Routers, drives, laptops, etc)

thank you for your feedback. we told you up front that we can only offer about 25 cents on the dollar for used machines since we put a lot of work into refurbishing them. we tested your machine and checked the open market and saw comparable machines were going for about $600. we are happy that you found someone who was willing to pay close to full market value.

Quoted $600 for my computer two days later than estimated and offered $200, sold it to a friend for $500 the same day I got it back EDIT: The owner claims that they said the 25% cost up front, but I definitely don't recall being told that. Maybe the employee that had handled my computer forgot. I still wouldn't recommend selling your PC here because you could easily sell your computer for more than 25% of market value. Also they still were 2 days late on returning my PC with the quote.
