Customer support is top notch. Laney remote accessed to my computer and laptop to set up my VCarve Pro and Planet CNC software. He recommended all the bits that anyone would need to do most any carve. Then he spent many hours one day with multiple problems I was having with my first carve. He remote accessed into my laptop to show me exactly what to do, while being on the phone with me. I've been able to call or FB messenger him about any problem, suggestion, or difficulty I've had. Laney has been very patient throughout any problem I've had. He has a you tube channel and live training through his channel most every week. He is the top world class Vetric trainer. He is worth his weight in gold. And it's all FREE with your purchase of one of their machines. I got their DWC2440 and couldn't be happier with it. A big plus for me, in being mechanically challenged, was I didn't have to put together a bucket of bolts like other machines. It came complete and I only had to put together the stand. You won't find a better system you don't have to put together, combined with the best customer service of any CNC company, period. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to get into CNC or upgrading.

I researched machines closely before I bought my DWC 2440. It is every thing I expected it to be, plus. The customer service is second to none. When ever I have had any questions, its only a phone call or email away and promptly remedied away. I always have a feeling that the company and owners group are one big family. Most of my questions get resolved on the Facebook group where all the other owners are more than happy to help. Usually someone has run up against the same issues and have got a solution or can steer you in the right direction. I have had my 2440 for about 3mo. And have just cracked the surface of its potential. I would recommend Digital Wood Carver to anyone who might be considering a machine like this, HANDS DOWN.

Owned my machine for about 3 years now and the support you receive from DWC is phenomenal. Great machine. If your in the market for a CNC Router, you definitely won't go wrong with this one. Vast network of owner/operators to help you along your journey!
