the intent of the product is very high, the customer service staff are responsive and polite but generic and ineffective, the interface to use the software is archaic, cumbersome, and lacks intuition. For the automotive profession, it is light years better than DemandForce but I find making use of its features and trying to accomplish simple tasks VERY frustrating to use and I have grown increasingly impatient with their lack response to improvement.

Stay far away from these scammers. You pay for services they arent even providing like they say. Are you paying for AdWords? They have done that in 3 years but still collect your money. Scammers. Nothing but druggies who have no idea what they are doing because they are all too worried about being high or what boss is sleeping with what employee. Owners are clueless and the culture is horrible. If you arent part of the high school click youre out. Ive watched it happen numerous times for the 3 months Ive been there. Im sure Ill be let go after this though
