Are you kidding me? If you even knew this business, the owners and the staff, you would know that this is COMPLETELY false. The owners family is black! I don't know to what ends you are trying to make accusations like this, but this statement is more than offensive and more than that absolutely wrong. When you need shoes someone must help you. This is NOT a self serve store. Maybe in California people sell you shoes without interacting with you, but this is NY! We ACTUALLY TALK TO and HELP our customers. This is a serious accusation and we are absolutely not a racist store - HOW DARE YOU!
