So upset with their process. Business cards took 12 days to print instead of the 5-7 quoted. Was led to believe their process was inhouse, but the business cards were outsourced. When asked to be escalated to someone who could help me with the process, I was told I was talking to the person who makes the decisions, but yet was just the office manager Heather. She was curt and unreally to try to speed up the process when I told her I was in a bind and needed the cards for a specific event. I then asked for an adjustment on the price because of the delay and us unable to use the cards for the intended purpose and she refused and said they would offer a discount off a future print job. Unfortunately, this will do me no good as I will not trust them with a print job again.

I called for a quote on printing a few workbooks out and spiral binding them, and they asked me to email the details so they could get me a quote by tomorrow at this time. I asked if I could get a ballpark, and they said no. So...sorry, guys! I'm going with someone who can give me the information I need when I need it (e.g., Staples quoted me over the phone, which was super helpful).

Update....Ordering again today. This place can't be beat. Thanks Patrick. . I have dealt with Ron for over a decade now...amazing place. Fast... Just had some Mirror Hangers designed by Patrick. We get all of our business cards here....Printed Price Tags... This place is a gem.
