We are sorry you feel that the short conversation you had with one of our reps was not up to par. We serve many out of state clients and have no issues working out a deal. We do get many calls and offers over the phone about all our vehicles and we always encourage all our clients to take the time to visit our lot to make sure that the vehicle they are purchasing is up to there standards. If you are unable to make it to the location to insect the vehicle, there are 3rd party companies that will do so for you. As far as pricing goes, the price listed on our site is the asking price and negotiations are encouraged to be done in person specially if financing is involved. Upon hearing your conversation you then discussed the possibilities of shipping the vehicle to you which also comes at an additional cost. We have ran into many instances of fraud during this time that is why we encourage in person purchases and our staff is shorthanded so we apologize for the abrupt conversation. One of the worse experiences possible. Inquired about a car on their site. I'm located out of state and informed the woman who answered the phone. She immediately made it seem like she couldn't help me. She told me since I'm out of state there is not much she can do for me. I've bought a car from Texas before over 1000 miles away and it was super easy. This dealership is maybe 400 miles away. She said the dealership can't talk pricing of the car over the phone which I strongly believe is a lie. She was just too lazy to assist me because I'm out of state. . Lol she and this establishment is a joke from my experience.

I wouldn't recommend this dealer based on my experience with them. With an existing offer from another dealer, I went into this dealer, hoping to get a better offer. They have been faulty reasoning throughout the whole communication/negotiations. They started with wrong mathematics to argue that my car was over driven, while the correct math would demonstrate I drove less than average Americans. It was elementary school level math, so they were absolutely on purpose. Then they said the offer I received from the other dealer wasnt tax-free; that I would have to pay more than $2,000 tax if I sell to the other dealer; and this dealer could write me a tax-free check. Their statement was a lie you dont pay any tax if you sell your used car for less than what you originally paid. I tried to correct them, but they continue their attempt to fool me. Finally, they agreed to match my current offer. Regardless their dishonest tricks during the bargain, this was an acceptable offer to me, since their shop was closer to my home than the other dealer. So I said ok, let me go home and get the title. Then they asked me to pay a $500 deposit to lock their offer. Yeah, you hear me right I was the seller, but I needed to pay them to lock their offer. How ridiculous? I didnt let them take advantage of me and refused to pay the deposit. I almost continued with them, but I really didnt want to encourage their way of doing business. And I saw other peoples negative reviews accusing them for hidden fees, lying, and other tricks, which is totally imaginable to me. Thinking about the lies they told in my face, I was afraid that there might be more tricks ahead waiting for me if I progress this deal with them. So at the end, I drove the extra 30 miles, and sold my car to the other dealer, which was a much much better experience. If there was one positive thing in my experience with them, the receptionist lady was very nice.
