Been using them for years and just stopped off to get 4 shirts set up and young lady said sorry but we only do a minimum of six. I explained that I have been doing this for years, she said sorry but need six. If she talks to all your customers like conversation we had, she will cost you business.

This "customer service" was disgusting. It was an insult to the entire concept of customer service. The man was rude, unhelpful, and condescending. I had heard that they were good so I stopped by to ask for some basic ball park pricing info as my organization wanted to establish a relationship with a local printer for some items we would need printed now and in the future. He refused to provide ANY information...literally ANY. He told me that I had to send them an email detailing what I wanted before he could give me ANY information. I explained that we wanted basic front and back printing of a name and logo on a few potential items and I was looking for basic questions to be answered on their product offerings and information on basic price ranges for basic items, like t-shirts for example. After all, how could we even determine what to ask for by email without some basic info needed to refine what we want? Any fool obviously knows this and yet he insisted he could tell us NOTHING...actually NOTHING about their products, prices, or even how their processes work. He was patronizing and offensive and made it clear that he had no interest in my business at all. How can a place like this stay in business so long with such amazingly poor customer service? I can only imagine they don't treat all their customers this way and still stay in business. Perhaps they just save this kind of shockingly poor treatment for Black women. I will make sure my organization NEVER uses this company. This experience was disgusting.
