According to our employee, he was scared for his safety after you following him for 1/2 an hour to his workplace and then circled our facility three times in an attempt to further scare and intimidate him. It's understandable that your upset if you feel you were cut-off, however following someone to their workplace is not right. Additionally, your personal dispute with one of our employees has nothing to do with our product or service. Thank you, Amtex Precision

If your business run like your customer service you are in trouble. Running people off the road and cutting them off is a poor reflection of your hiring process. Very dangerous to drive a Honda CRV at that high of speed ( exceeding 90mph ) and crossing 2-3 lanes at a time. Poor judgement.

Idiocracy was prophetic. Small job, fair quote, and sent them expensive material which one of their guys ruined. Manager replaced it with a cheaper finish and thus ignored my request to see the new material spec. Didn't clean the parts for delivery. And some features out of tolerance. Don't quote a small job if it's not worth your time. When a customer sends you an email, don't ignore it or you'll get a bad review.
