Not happy I ordered a pair of lace up boots in a size 3, when they arrived I tried them on and they were massive more like a size 5 and also when I put them on I pulled the tongue up and it came off. So now I have a pair of boots that are huge and the tongue has came off. It's the 1st time I've ever order from them and defiantly won't be ordering again!!

The quality of the shoes were good but the sizing is off. The returns system is a bit of a ball ache though. I never received a confirmation email and I am struggling to find the order number. Not sure what has happened here. I know this probably isn't what usually happens but it's very frustrating.

TERRIBLE! Do not use I ordered a package from this website. The package never arrived and they are stating that theyre unable to refund me even after their carrier reported the package Lost. Satisfactory level is a ZERO, cUstomer service is TERRIBLE!!
