Worst customer experience I have ever had anywhere in the world dealing with any company anywhere.. Period. Refusal to correct thier own problems thier staff create, and then refuse to talk to you when you explain very clearly it was thier staff that caused the issue literally minutes before while u are on the phone to to them. Openly refused to let me speak to a manger or a senior member of staff despite asking at least 5 times to and refused to let me make a formal complaint against any member of staff. They then proceeded to make up laws trying to say it is illegal to live at a different address to that of the address your credit card it registsed to (the biggest lie I've ever heard) and then using that lie as an excuse to avoid putting me through to seniour staff and deny me a sale. Absolutely disgusting never ever use!
Very poor staff knowledge of products. Was told that new Google pixel 2 XL will look completely the same like last year's, what is not true. Haven't recieved any information about it and benefits of it why it's different and why it's better. Poor customer service, don't know how to sell new products...
The service here wasn't good. She did not notice me standing there for ages, but as soon as someone else came in, she helped him out. Then, when she got to me, everything seemed to be in a rush. Didn't really help me understand the terms and conditions, and didn't want to print anything out, not even give me a receipt. She said everything will be emailed.
