We were referred to this company with high hopes. We understand the pandemic is happening and a lot of work is backed up, so we were very understanding. They implied false expectations and false timeline. Over a month after we agreed to move forward and two ETAs and several phone calls later we found out that hats were on back order. Very poor communication & very poor follow through. Spent over a month of communication to be in the same spot I was when I started. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.
