We moved from Denver, CO to Sydney Australia in Sept 2020. Mark Neville was unresponsive when the packers came to pack our house in 1 day instead of 2. They packed, food, medication and anything that wasn't nailed down. Because we sold our house and were moving overseas, we could not reschedule. As a result, we had to find a place to stay the night, buy and extra suitcase and pay excess baggage on 2 flights. We did not get a response as to where our container was until we arrived in Sydney and emailed the CEO of Schumacher. Once we finally got our boxes and furniture in Sydney, furniture was damaged, a large part of my dishes and glasses were all broken, items were bent. The packaging was incompetence and damage was due to their negligence. We were suppose to have an entire container and we are missing a part of our sectional sofa, 1 box of kitchen items and things from random boxes were missing and incorrectly labeled. Shumachers response was pathetic - they don't care. I would never recommend this company !

Terrible logistic company. Start to End is miserable. CSM POV is this is what we are... Terrible to start with while booking. Shipments arrives in 13 weeks when 8 weeks were quoted. End of the day - shipment arrived with broken boxes... delay cost a lot. Compensation - ZERO. As others have reviewed, shouldn't have booked this company at first... Already sent email to martyn choen and as mentioned response - "this is our service". no need to contact me if you don't have anything to compensate.... Unfortunately No: I have uploaded pictures below so it can confirm goods are not settled. Claim is separate story primary issue is delay. Rather then me calling I would expect your CS team to contact me on the email based on my previous emails.
I had a really good experience with Schumacher, from beginning to end. I ship my boxes from London to my doorstep in Philadelphia without a hitch. Their service was responsive, punctual and on time. Can't ask for anything more. I highly recommend their service and would use them again if a need arises.
The staff at Schumacher made it easy for me to receive my international shipment. They handed over smoothly from my original shipper (Crown Relocations), clearly identifying their representative and giving me straightforward instructions on what steps I needed to take with respect to customs documentation. After that they were responsive and efficient, providing status updates as soon as they were available. Then on the day of shipment arrival, their moving crew was friendly, professional, and speedy. Great service!
I had to cancel after this team failed to read my full data and after I paid over $5400 in a downpayment. It took over 4 months to get it back and now they have billed me back again. Unbelievable, careless and unprofessional accounting and business practices.
