My children have been renting for 5 months and one of the bathroom showers has not worked since they moved in. The handle fell off on first use. During a recent visit I jury rigged a fix with vice grips.
Total ripoff. Unprofessional staff, unprofessional management. Overpriced for what it is and they can offer. Its my third month here an we still dont have a legal address. I dont get my bills if I dont call, but when I call they dont answer the phone. No storage at all. DO NOT recommend.
My bf has been living here for almost 5 months. The manager gave me a tour and was super friendly! My bf had a maintenance issue that was addressed right away. When my lease is up I will be moving here!
I would just like to say that any of the new construction issues have been fixed in a timely manner in my apartment . My apartment is super efficient my electric bill was only $ 40.00 bucks and some change for the last month, and we are all getting free Verizon hot spots until the internet issues get worked out!
This is the most poorly managed apartment complex I have ever lived in and or heard of. A variety of tenants have leases that dont correspond with one another (one saying pets are allowed another says they arent, etc.). The variety of issues that multiple tenants who before experiencing these issue had never met are completely absurd. As a group of tenants (10 or more) we came together and wrote an extremely descriptive email explaining the list of issues we have had as well as what we felt would be fair compensation for our issues and sent it to our property managers. The response was below adequate and resolved none of the issues. Moving forward we tried to set up a meeting to meet with the property manager/owner of Cambridge Real Estate and he, Jeff Passadore, refused to meet with us as a group. We decided to schedule a meeting as an individual but showed up as a whole and he proceeded to shut the door on our face, lock us out and call the Truckee Police for absolutely no reason. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Although the apartments seem nice, it is terrible craftsmanship along with horrible management. We have lived here for over two months and still do not have a legal address nor do we have WiFi/cable and thats just the beginning of our issues. PLEASE BE WARNED.
