My experience with sears has been SO BAD. I bought a Refrigerator KENMORE ELITE in January 2021, bad fridge. The compressor broke in August, since then i've been calling Customer service because I went to the store they don't help you. They just call customer service and try, but after they sell, you're on your own basically. They have sent technicians countless times (about 10 times) to avoid replacement of the fridge. Some technicians have insisted, and so did I. Sears said no each time. They ordered the wrong parts and it was a long wait to get the right ones, meanwhile i had to throw all food and eat outside. I got a mini fridge for December. It's been almost FIVE months, they finally replaced the compressor, and the problem hasn't been solved. I honestly can't understand this bussiness. I've been waiting until they finally solve the situation to write this review but they keep send technicians. HORRIBLE, UNBELIEVABLE experience!!!! STAY AWAY.
Buen servicio,buena atención todo limpio y organizado. Buenos productos y sobre todo hay mamparas en las cajas como medidas de protección contra el Covi 19. Y avisos que le indican al cliente que guarde 6 pies de distancia entre unos y otros.
