The examine went well. But when it came to getting my prescription eyeglasses, it took forever. I blame the woman who actually sat with me when I made my frame decision. I was told that I would get my prescription in about 10 days. Never once did this "woman" mention being behind with their orders. So I called after 10 days, then another person said it would take 3 weeks. I call again in 3 weeks, same person told me sometimes it takes 4 weeks. Well hello people, why didn't you say that when I was told 10 days instead. I been wearing cracked eyeglasses. Poor customer service. Rude woman when I picked up my eyeglasses. I apologized to her for calling them, she said the telephones been quiet now since my eyeglasses came in.
The optometrist was good but I would never recommend someone buy their glasses there. My boyfriend bought his there. They were expensive and the screw kept coming out. After fixing it ourselves on a few occasions, we went back. They tried to charge him $5 to fix it. We wont be good back.
Poor service... when we walked in the ladies at the front desk asked "may I help you? " once I informed the woman what I was looking for, she sat there for a while without asking if I needed additional assistance. I then looked over at the both of them who was staring at me like wanted to steal something...please...like really? Poor customer service and limited selection
