Let me start out by saying I think one star is to high for the service I got from this company. I place my order Feb 21st says the items are instock, I keep checking the link on when they are going to ship. It keeps saying last update is Feb 21st. So I call close 4 or 5 days later and I am 16th int he que. Guessing they are having a lot of problems for that many people to being calling that much. I was told it would ship early march. Great I will have it before my April 11th the first match of the season. So I wait, March 16th I get a package from them and it just the bracket for the extension!! NO EXTENSION TUBE. So I call and ask where is the tube I don't need the bracket if I don't have the tube. I then get told Oh you should have that the first week of April. Finally the extension arrives, and its the wrong one it won't fit on my shotgun they send me a Remington+5 instead of my beretta+5. So I call I am on for 33min and I get a voice mail asking me to leave a message after being on hold for 33 minutes!!!! So I call back and I use the auto option to have them call me back over an hour later I get a call and I explain what happens and the rep says ok we will send you a return label todo a credit. I said what are we going to do about fixing the issues, do you have a +6 or +7 he checks and say no. Then he put me on hold cause he had to call the "store" who the heck did I just call??? I am on hold for 3-5 min and he comes back and says 'Nope sorry there is nothing I can do". This company is a Joke, I would advise others to spend you're hard-earned money at other business.

Useless store! They will take your money for items that say in stock and then tell you its back ordered for weeks. Then they will stop responding.

This company is a joke, I purchased a firearm and they charged my credit card. A week goes by without an update so I call customer service, she informs me that the firearm will take 6 to 9 months to be received by them and then delivered to me. They are advertising and charging for items they don't even have in stock.
