Dont bother with them. Wasted my time and money on 2 interview stages which I felt went very well they didnt offer the job over not picking up on 1 thing during role play. Their loss!

As an agency, we cant usually guarantee to offer work, and certainly cannot force you to accept any jobs which you do not feel are suitable, i.e. too far away. If you felt that other agencies could offer more suitable positions, we would respect this fully and do not restrict your ability to accept more suitable work being offered by other companies. With regards to the training, we will be in touch with you to discuss how you were treated, as if you were told not to attend, or mistreated during the course in any way, we will certainly take appropriate action at our end. Having worked with Robyn for a number of years, her seminars are always a huge hit and we have never received a comment like yours before. We take our sponsorship of the NAS very seriously, and work hard to promote and support the work they do, as well as offering our own autism awareness training at cost price. It certainly does not benefit us to restrict how many of our candidates can attend. We will be in touch with you to discuss this further ASAP.

AXCIS EDUCATION pride themselves on sponsoring THE NATIONAL AUTISTIC SOCIETY - this is wrong and shocking and should not be happening. After a terrifying and life-changing experience of severe bullying and harassment, I registered with AXCIS EDUCATION to see if I could earn a little bit of money to keep going. The consultant said to me that she only had ONE job in the whole of London. They made me travel over two hours every day to get to this school. At the time, I felt ill and weak although my performance as a Supply Teacher was good. Also, AXCIS EDUCATION organised a workshop about autism in a special school in London. ROBYN STEWARD was invited to discuss her experiences living with autism. They did not want me to attend this workshop and they even lied to me but, in the end, I managed to go. The treatment that I received at the workshop was despicable. I was micro-managed and treated very badly they even refused to look at me.

About 18 months ago I attached my CV on a job site , I was contacted by 3 different agencies , including Axcis Education, a guy called Blake asked me to come into the office to meet with him over possible job roles and since then I have never been out of work , Axcis Education and Blake have always been true to their word , highly professional and reliable. The other agencies I can quite honestly say the complete opposite and on many occasions complete waste my time , which to me is very valuable , I would recommend Axcis Education and Blake to anyone.

It is important to us that the expectations of our teaching and support staff are appropriately managed at interview, and we have a tick-sheet which we go through at the end of every registration meeting to ensure that our operational processes (such as payroll/availability etc) are clearly understood. We do our utmost to ensure that every candidate who registers fully understands this before they begin work for us. However, we also understand that sometimes there may be a breakdown in communication and we will review our processes to ensure that all consultants are following them carefully to avoid issues such as those mentioned. Axcis are great for finding you work they will do everything to make sure you have work. Outside of that is where they begin to display many bad practices, they will charge you almost a full day pay for employment fee and admin cost. If you are looking for part time work and you're desperate they are for you. If you want full time work stay away from Axcis they will make you hate working for them, avoid trying to work for them on a full time basis. You will be in a very common situation where you're getting underpaid in a profession that's already underpaid.
