The F & I is done via E-mail and is very impersonal. 28 pages. of small print terms of sale. The Concord BMW store is more concerned about the Sale and the money then providing the service.. Overall not my favorite car buying experience. Car dealers and politicians walk the same line. You can't trust either of them.

The worst service I get in my life . I try to make an appointment I explained that : I need the diagnostic on my car after few days my car was there and nothing have been done , they give me paper that say they clean my car complementary and that they have done basic checks but is nothing they havent done not even wash . The worst service I ever have
