Totally unprofessional appointment to receive a quote for a patio. While their salesman was visiting, we made it clear throughout that we were interested in getting the hard numbers for the company's quote. He insisted on going through the entire presentation. That's fine. But, when we got to the end and made it clear that we weren't signing anything today - we are still gathering quotes, the salesman abruptly stood up, packed his things without another word and left. As he was leaving, we asked if he would leave any information behind; he said no. He was apparently only interested in making the hard sell and getting our signature during his visit. We were told to set aside 60-90 minutes for the appointment, which we did. He arrived late and stayed even later. The way he ended the appointment means we will never consider using this company for a project; he ended up wasting his time and ours.

Had a wonderful experience with PWH. Our Sale Rep was Nick Rodriquez. He came to our home and was so nice and informative. He was very detailed in explaining everything and the aligning expectations. He made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions without trying to "upsell" us or talk us into anything we didn't want. The entire process with was great. They kept us informed daily on our project and who would could expect to be at our home. The project was managed very well. We couldn't be more happy with the outcome.
