I liked the courteous staff (Britany Guidry). She was accommodating and called me with updates. The car was diagnosed with a bad fuel pump and fixed within the same day.

I honestly have no complaints. Everyone & everything from meeting my salesman, Mr. Mike, to pulling off in my new car was exceptional. Being my 11th vehicle purchase, after 4 months of patiently, painstakingly, and relentlessly searching, researching, driving, changing my mind, countless dealers & salesmen.. it was J.P. Thibodeaux that went above & beyond. From a very large selection, friendly & knowledgeable staff, a seamless purchase process, and everyone being so accommodating of my requests and many questions, while maintaining real professionalism & true southern hospitality- I am confident you will be a return customer if you are wanting to get the most for your money and be completely taken care of (not to mention the complimentary drive-thru car wash is available daily during regular business hours!) I am admittedly an unusually difficult customer to please, being very particular in style and taste, and having needs/wants that are not in line with the most popular or current trends, but I am a very loyal customer after I find great customer service and an overall pleasurable experience- and J.P. Thibodeaux has definitely gained another customer. This is my 6th Honda, the only Civic of 5 Accords. I am beyond satisfied with my new car! The EX trim is equipped nicely with fancy options that add both comfort and conveince to my drive, yet I still feel comfortable enough in the cloth seats and the rear-view mirrow is manual to dim for night rides (there's no option to upgrade to auto-dimming, not a deal breaker though!) And a huge thanks to all of the staff! Having been going regularly for several months to scour every lot at J.P. Thibodeaux, I went for several test drives, spoke with multiple salesmen, even left a sweet deal unsigned- I'm sure some may have thought I actually had no real intentions of making a purchase. I am so appreciative for being treated & assisted with care & concern every time I went until finally the right day came when I found the perfect car. Mr. Mike is by far the best salesman I've had the pleasure of doing business with of all my vehicle purchases, and everyone involved worked efficiently as a team so the entire process was done both quickly and accurately- they were surprised I stopped before settling up in finance to run across town to pick up my dog from the vet. But they didn't hesitate to let me go and I felt no negative judgement for my "never heard of before" request. They were even happy to oblige my last request to let my pup inside so she could be part of a very long awaited moment for us! This purchase was the first step in executing a meticulously put together plan to secure every aspect of a future for myself & many others like me. Words cannot express the magnitude of how imperative this purchase and experience was in setting the tone and getting the means to achieve the many more goals I have. Mr. Mike & the rest of the staff, although unknownigly, were able to provide me with a once in a lifetime experience- one of which I will cherish forever because they made it unforgettable. Making the purchase from a fellow veteran, two in fact, really made my day even more special than I could've ever expected! I would not change a single moment of the entire day- not even the part when I watched my new car leave the lot while I buckled myself in my moms car that I'll never need to borrow again! I was able to see my car passing me on the highway and just a bit of its acceleration power, so I know exactly how its going to look to other drivers when I pass them, so sleek and super quick! It may be many years before my next vehicle purchase, but I can assure you, I am already preparing and looking forward to doing business with everyone again. Thank you all, I am utterly impressed by the experience I had and I absolutely am in love with my car!

Car buying process was a breeze, majority of the people we talked to were super nice and friendly. Cashier, on the other hand, was rude as hell. She made a oh, they came back? comment after we had to go get a cashiers check from Chase. Did not have a friendly attitude throughout the transaction. We wouldnt be shopping for a car if we couldnt afford it.
