I was standing at the front waiting to order. There were two employees at the register. The woman employee was taking care of a customer. The male employee was hunched forward leaning on the counter doing nothing. I assumed his register wasn't opened or he would have offered to help me. I was wrong. Another customer comes up to the front standing to the right of me and the male employee offers to help the customer. Now, normally I would chalk it up to the fact that maybe this employee didn't see me, however, given the fact he stared right at me twice while I was standing in line, that isn't the case. Needless to say I didn't make it past the lack of customer service to try the food. I left to go elsewhere. Also, the parking lot is small and hard to maneuver through.

Food is decent but prices are high and was charged extra for ranch for an appetizer i paid almost 6.00 dollars for. I mean are you hurting that bad that you have to charge the customer for ranch sauce?

Got a Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza, that's what I Normally Purchase at Every Pizza Shop...BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST PIZZAS ANYWHERE, LET ALONE IN THE BEAUTIFUL LITTLE TOWN OF GETTYSBURG !!! Tommy's Pizza is A MUST DO Pizza Shop...and Great Ambience, whether Eating Indoors, or at There Outdoor Tables Along 1 of The Main Road from in town past the cemetery to the battlefields...it's a Great Experience !!!

Placed order and it was repeated to CSR 3 TIMES. 1 large 1/2 veggie 1/2 cheese pizza well done and 1 large cheese light sauce/light crust. The 1st pizza was marginally cooked and the cheese pizza looked to have extra sauce and was burnt to a crisp. The person in charge's response? Do you want me to make you another one? Are you serious? OF COURSE YOU SHOULD!!! That isn't even a question! I paid for it!!!! "Oh, ok...give me 8 minutes"....just....wait. Not like I hadn't already waited 30 minutes....How about a soda while you wait...how about returning the money for the burnt pizza...HOW ABOUT SOMETHING!!! Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever experienced! Hands down!!! I will NEVER give them another dime.
