This was the worst experience ever. I called the night before to have a custom girls tank made as a gift. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it. Finally they pulled it out, and it was literally the ugliest item ever. They used the worst and cheapest fabric, with an unflattering fit (keep in mind they had a ton of options and didn't give me any over the phone), the font was atrocious, they charged me $40, and as an accommodation offered to have a new tank made if I paid another $40 for the next day. After I said this would not work since I needed it today and guy didn't even give me a discount, he then continued to text me throughout the day offering to sell me more stuff. Completely unprofessional. No sense of customer service. They couldn't care less about you or what you actually want, just trying to squeeze more money out of you at every turn. DO NOT GO HERE.

Ripoff. You can get the same service done far more efficiently and cheaper elsewhere. Only gave 2 stars because I like the people that work there.

Highly recommended!!! I used Google map to find custom t-shirt place near my home. Google gave me couple places around. I visited this place after my visit to one more popular store, which BTW I didn't like. I was pleasantly surprised after I met the owner of this place. He was so professional and likely more willing to help with my order then people from the first store. The owner of this store helped me to chose the best quality of the t-shirt for reasonable price, also edited the picture to be properly printed on the shirt , and add extra letters, for the same price he previously agreed. One thing that impressed me the most happened two days after I placed the order. I decided to change the color of the t-shirt and sent e-mail around 11PM. I got the answer after 5 min, even that was almost midnight time. In the morning I got the phone call regarding confirmation for order change. Such a great professionalism for small business. Also, I got a call when my order was ready. They were so busy with big event when I got to the store to pick my order , but even in that busy time they found couple moments for me to have a little chat and hear my product satisfaction. Really great customer relationship, also great final product. Wish them all the best.
