Bought a house about a year ago that is only 5 years old from this company. It has been one thing after another, faulty caulking, not enough insulation in the attic. Venting is awful, not well planned. Too small of an air unit was put in for the size of the home. Faulty electric wiring. I can go on and on. I wouldnt recommend this builder at all as they seemed to have gone cheap on as much as possible. When we build we will find a quality builder for the money.

Mark has built 3 houses for me. My current home is now 5 years old. His attention to detail has surpassed my highest expectations all three times! I cannot imagine having anyone else build my home!

He came highly recommended from a friend who got his house built by him. He is a very straightforward builder which is very hard to find. He pays close attention to details and tries his best to accommodate his clients. He believes in quality work at an affordable price. We are covered under his builder's warranty and even for minor issues, he is very prompt. If I were to build again, I would undoubtedly contract with him.
