Owning 2 homes myself the way they conduct business for new renters in the Tampa area is pretty disappointing and upsetting. If you are about to rent one of their homes do yourself a favor and do your homework. TRUST ME!

As a renter, when first moving into the property and a few issues came about. My service requests were handled swiftly and resolved just as quickly. The agent assigned to my case Juan Escobedo was quite professional and stayed in constant contact to insure that my repairs were being taken care of and were to my satisfaction.

My house has smelled like sewage and is full of drain flies and the best part is that this is going on Over a month. I believe they dont dont even care about my familys health!!! Im beyond sad. I never been through anything like this in my life. I have to work and then clean up dead (or alive) flies and try to stomach my food everyday now. Unbelievable. And when I reach out, Im on hold for more than 20 Min with no results. What can I do? How do I resolve this for my family because they arent helping and Im screaming out for help at this point. I never been late on rent so why treat a tenant like this?!? Jesus help us!
