Power went out, AGAIN. It's been out for hours. The same thing happened last week, and it was out for almost 7 hours. If this continues to be an issue into the summer I am going to be thoroughly outraged! We pay our bills every month so OG&E can maintain their equipment and lines. So if this has now become a regular issue, then someone else needs to be monitoring your work and maintenance orders to ensure that our power doesn't keep randomly shutting off for over a quarter of the day, on a weekly basis.
Power went out at our house. Reported outage, received an email no more than 30min after reporting stating that the power would be turned back on around 4hrs after it was lost. OGE truck showed up less than an hour after reporting, and power was completely restored before 3hrs had passed. Very thankful for the fast and efficient customer service.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Unbelievable horrible customer service.
