Everything was very ok. Nothing remarkable. Place was clean and the staff was friendly and did their jobs. What was remarkable to me was their very expensive frames. $550 for a pair of glasses in the age of online glasses is crazy! Plus I was dilated and they did not offer any shades for driving. Thankfully I am familiar with the area and went to have a coffee but I have a 7 year old with me. They were ok with me driving off dilated in a very sunny day with a child in my car. On Sunset Dr and US1. Not a word. They didnt care. Theres too many options of where to get glasses to go there again.

It was very nice I enjoyed my time there even though I was stranded the staff was very helpful understanding considerate thoughtful compromising and welcoming they allowed me to charge my cellular device while I rectified my Transportation issue they offered assistance engage multiple suggestions to my Transportation issue beyond their services of treating me for an eye exam. They really honestly truly show me what customer care is all about and I am extremely hard individual to deal with at times especially when I'm frustrated as I was because my Transportation was disorganized and unprofessional this staff at this eye doctors office was very understanding and helpful I was actually blown away and they help me calm down while I rectified this issue that I was having with transportation the serfs there was excellent I also enjoyed how they multitask with me and other patients/clients. Other businesses in or companies need to follow their model to assist your clients as if they were you and handle them with utmost respect and care make everyone feel welcome loved appreciate it treated in needed I just could not believe the service that I received I've never received service like this in any kind of establishment and I'm an extreme hard critic I normally don't express myself or give reviews let her know I'm good ones and this is the very first good review I've ever given to a company organization business place or an establishment it's really astonishing please check them out you won't be disappointed and if you are I apologize for misleading you put my time there was amazing.

My wife just came from having her eyes checked at the location at North Kendall Drive in Miami. She shared her experience with me and it sounded exactly like my experience there 6 weeks prior. The receptionist was fine. As she walked to have her eyes examined she almost ate the floor as they were putting in a new floor and didn't put a caution sign or even say be careful. The new floor is on top of the old floor and forms a "trip lip". Anyway she is in good shape and regained her balance quickly. The eye doctor was excellent. He was warm, kind and friendly. The rest of the staff just did their jobs with no warmth or enthusiasm. This is a big part of making a business successful, and that was a quality severely lacking with most of the staff. I noticed the same malaise when I went to have my eyes checked at the same location but I didn't pay attention to it because I was playing Solitaire on my phone. There is definitely some room for improvement on the interaction with clients
